Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Cancellations

At WFHShop.co.uk, we want you to love your new office furniture. But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve made our returns process as simple as possible.

Changing Your Mind

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know if you’d like to cancel it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Just get in touch with our team within this period and we’ll guide you through the process.

If you do return an item, it needs to come back in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. If you’ve opened the box to take a look, that’s absolutely fine — just please be careful not to damage the packaging or the product.

How Refunds Work

If you return an item within the 14-day cooling-off period, you’ll get a refund once it reaches our warehouse.

You can either:

  • Arrange your own return to our Westbury, Wiltshire warehouse, or

  • Ask us to collect the item(s) for you. If we arrange collection, a small fee applies to cover the courier costs:

Collection Fees

Small Items – office chairs, stools, side tables, bedside tables, small desks/storage

  • First item: £30

  • Each extra small item: £15

Medium Items – standard desks, bookcases, filing cabinets, TV units, medium sideboards

  • First item: £50

  • Each extra medium item: £25

Large Items – large desks, tall bookcases, wardrobes, big sideboards, conference tables

  • First item: £75

  • Each extra large item: £40

Extra-Large Items – boardroom tables (1.8m+), quad wardrobes, oversized storage units

  • First item: £100

  • Each extra extra-large item: £50

Tip: The biggest item in your return will always be counted as the first one.

Exchanges

Prefer a swap instead of a refund? No problem — exchanges are handled in the same way as returns and follow the same collection fees.

A Few Things to Note

  • Please get approval from us before sending anything back.

  • Once your furniture has been assembled, it can’t be returned (assembling counts as acceptance).

  • After the 14-day cooling-off period, we can only accept returns if the product is faulty.

  • Custom-made, personalised or specially commissioned items can’t be cancelled or returned.

  • None of this affects your statutory rights.
