Terms & Conditions – WFHShop.co.uk

1. General

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between you and WFHShop.co.uk, a trading name of Inplace Interiors Ltd (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing from us, using our services, or otherwise engaging with our business, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are acting on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf, and all references to “you” or “your” will include that organisation.


2. Deliveries

  • Deliveries are available within the United Kingdom only.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 working days. If you require faster delivery, please contact us by phone to discuss options. Additional charges may apply for express services.

  • We will always aim to meet delivery estimates, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather or traffic disruptions).

  • Certain regions, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, may be excluded from standard delivery services or may incur extra costs.

  • Delivery types vary (for example, “Delivery Only” is doorstep delivery; “Pallet Delivery” is curbside delivery). The service you receive will depend on the delivery option purchased.

  • Orders are processed once full payment has been received, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

  • Once goods have left our warehouse, orders cannot be amended.


3. Payments

  • We accept all major credit cards.

  • For orders valued at £10,000 or more, a 2.5% surcharge will be added if payment is made via American Express (AMEX).


4. Warranty

  • All refurbished branded office furniture purchased from WFHShop.co.uk is covered by a 12-month mechanical warranty.

  • The warranty starts on the date of delivery or collection. Please keep your order confirmation or invoice as proof of purchase.

  • This warranty applies only to functional mechanical parts of the furniture (e.g. moving components).

  • It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs/modifications.

  • To make a claim:

    1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@wfhshop.co.uk

    2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.

    3. We will review your claim and may request additional details. If approved, we will repair or replace the item (or affected components) at no cost to you. If a return is required, we will arrange and cover shipping.

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

  • Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. reduced productivity or financial impact).

  • We reserve the right to amend our warranty policy for future purchases. Any changes will not affect claims made during your warranty period.


5. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.
